How long can I keep matcha?
You can keep it for a year provided you do not expose it to light and keep it dry. We advise you to keep it in the fridge , with the lid closed and to consume it within 6 months to enjoy all its flavors.
Caution : Wait until the can is at room temperature before opening it to avoid condensation on your matcha!
